Will Thomas - 2006 & 2007 MAARA Champion

Will Thomas was born November 29th, 1975. His hometown is Hermitage, PA, which is where he resided when he attended FinishLine Racing School in June, 2000.  Will has many feature wins in his racing career at Holland Speedway, Lake Erie Speedway, Motordrome Speedway and many more.  He has been in the  top 5 final points standings for these tracks and he also won the 2006 and 2007 MAARA Championships.

WILL THOMAS CROWNED 2006 MAARA CHAMPION
JENNERSTOWN, PA (Oct. 30) … The fledgling Mid-Atlantic Asphalt Racing Alliance (MAARA) rang down the curtain on the 2006 season by crowning Will Thomas as its first champion during an awards luncheon at the Lake Erie Speedway VIP club this past Saturday. The series was comprised of five extra-distance late model races staged at the alliance tracks, which included: Holland (NY) Speedway, Jennerstown Speedway, Lake Erie Speedway, Lancaster (NY) Raceway Park and Motordrome Speedway. Will Thomas continued his Late Model mastery at the Holland NASCAR Motorsports Complex on Saturday evening, September 1st, as the Sharpsville, PA racer rolled to his second consecutive Budweiser 100 victory and his fourth straight Holland Late Model win. Thomas Wins 2nd NASCAR Weekly Series Super Late Feature Friday at Motordrome
SMITHTON, PA (August 31, 2007) – A trio of drivers won for the second time in 2007, as Collussy Chevrolet and Dick’s Sporting Goods presented the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series at Motordrome Speedway. Will Thomas (Napa NASCAR Super Late Models), Dave Tavormina (Subway Street Stocks), and Paul Rosa (American Flyers) became repeat victors, while Adam Kostelnik (Lincoln Welders Modifieds) and Jimmy Stokes (Yellow Book Chargers) added to their division-leading win totals on August 31.
