Due to the HIGH DEMAND for our classes, EVERY potential student MUST be PRE-Qualified.
Please print this Qualification Check Sheet, making sure that ALL steps of the qualification process are COMPLETED.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our qualification process prior to class.
We also require you to complete this list and check your status before you book your arrangements for flights, hotels, and rental cars.
QUALIFICATION MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.
WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE CLASSES WHEN NEEDED.

q Instructor Approval - Michael Loescher, Chief Instructor for FinishLine Racing School, must approve ALL applications for ALL classes. We reserve the right to refuse any potential student from any class. Date Approved: _________________
q Class Date Selection - Everyone MUST complete all qualification steps BEFORE we can schedule your class date. Delays in completing the necessary paperwork and deposit payment might result in another driver securing the class that you are interested in.

q Communication - You must provide accurate contact information, email and/or telephone numbers. There are times when it is imperative to contact students. If you do not respond to our communications this may result in you being disqualified from class. Some classes have waiting lists, therefore should we need to communicate with you and we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we have the right to disqualify you and thus your position will be filled with someone from the waiting list.
q Final Payment - May be made on the first day of class BUT only with cashier's check, money orders and credit card. Personal checks will ONLY be accepted if received 2 weeks prior to class.
