1st Time: That you don't heed the instructors orders; you lose your turn in rotation. | |
| 2nd Time: That you don't
heed the instructors orders, you lose your turn for the rest of the
day.

| 3rd Time: That you don't
heed the instructors orders, you lose your turn for the entire
event.

| The bias tires $ 125.00
each - If you spin and flat spot the tires the amount you will pay will
be: $500.00.

| Crash charges will be all
parts at replacement costs, plus $50.00 per hour for labor.

I have read the above and fully understand my responsibilities. I further understand that if I use the race cars and school equipment in a reckless, abusive, grossly negligent or wanton manner, that I will be directly liable for all bodily or personal injuries sustained by any person including any and all damage to equipment. This includes excessive abuse to the brakes, clutch, etc. | |
